FAQs


1. WHEN DO I GET WEIGHED?

You will be weighed at the first compulsory training session and on the last compulsory training session.

2. HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?

You can email info@rumblewiththeagents.co.uk or call Rita on 07790569501.  You can make payment by BACS once an invoice has been sent to you.

3. IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE?

Yes, the minimum age is 18.

4. HOW DO I SET UP A JUST GIVING PAGE?

If you go to Chosen website page and on the home page on the bottom right hand corner you will see a box which says Just Giving. Please click on the box and follow the instructions to set up your own page.

5. DO I NEED TO BUY ANY KIT?

You will need to buy a mouth guard, hand wraps, shorts and the appropriate footwear.  We do supply groin protection, but you may wish to buy your own! It is advisable you purchase boxing gloves for your training, but we will supply fight gloves on the night.

6. DO THE BOXERS GET FOOD AND DRINK?

Yes, food and drink will be supplied for the boxers after their fight.

7. DO YOU HAVE CORNER MEN?

Yes, we supply two trained and experienced boxing corner men for the fighters on the night.

8. CAN I BRING MY OWN CORNER MAN?

Yes, you are allowed to bring one corner man each, if you wish to do so.

9. WHAT DOES THE TICKET INCLUDE?

The ticket includes entrance, unlimited drinks, a three course meal and entertainment.

10. CAN I BUY INDIVIDUAL TICKETS?

Yes, you can, but you will be sharing the table with other individuals.

11. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations must be received in writing (via email) in advance of the event. The following cancellations charges apply: a. 8+ weeks notice, full refund after this No refund will be given b. Failure to attend: No refund.

If for unforeseen circumstances Rumble With The Agents cancel an event all delegates will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund will be made only if an alternatively date is not set by RWTA.  If, for any reason, Rumble With The Agents has to cancel an event, RWTA accepts no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or other costs incurred by delegates and guests.

12. WHAT IS THE DRESS-CODE?

Smart/Casual – No trainers or jeans.

13. IS THERE ACCOMMODATION TO STAY OVERNIGHT?

Currently Holiday Inn in Golders Green is closed, however there are many other hotels nearby that are open.

14. HOW CAN I DONATE TO THE CHOSEN CHARITY?

You can donate to the chosen charity on the night as there will be Pledge Cards on all of the tables.

15. WHAT SIZE ARE THE TABLES?

We have tables of 10 or 12.  Please note 13 people can be on a table of 12, however it will be a squeeze.  If you require a table of 14, there will be an additional fee of £70.00 as we will need to hire this table for the night.

16. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS.

We cater for vegetarian, vegan and guests with allergies to diary, gluten or nuts.  Our food is Kosher, but it is not certified, therefore if you require a Certified Kosher meal, this can be arranged, however there would be an additional charge of £30.00 and we would need to know in advance.

17. CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY BOOKING?

If you need to add guests to your booking, this is subject to availability.  If you wish to reduce the number of guests on your table, any monies already paid are subject to our refund policy.

18. IS THERE A CLOAKROOM?

Yes, there is a cloakroom with no charge and all items are left at the owners risk.

19. IS THERE A LIFT?

There is a lift for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

20. IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

There is parking at the Holiday Inn, however this is subject to availability as the car park is quite small.  You can park on the surrounding roads after 18:00.
